Charges against man in dismemberment of women to be reissued

Detroit— Charges against a Sterling Heights man charged in the dismemberment of two women were dismissed in Detroit and are expected to be reissued Friday in Macomb County.

James Brown, 24, was living in Sterling Heights at his mother's house, where the dismemberments occurred, police said. A 36th District judge determined Macomb County was the proper venue on the charges. Read the full article here.
