3 cabbies shot in 11 days in Detroit

Detroit — For the third time in 11 days, a cab driver has been shot in Detroit.

The latest incident occurred at 1:45 a.m. Saturday in the 16100 block of Freeland Street. Police said the driver, 46, was arguing with a female customer over the fare when a man with braided hair and a mask shot the victim.
