Detroit—Two people were arraigned Saturday on charges of larceny, obstruction of justice and tampering with evidence in connection to the deaths of Westland teens who were shot and left in a Detroit field.
Police arrested Casey Green, 39, and Larry Anderson, 40, at 1 a.m. July 24 as they were removing items from a vehicle belonging to one of the victims.
