Detroit— Robert Bashara will likely be charged in his wife's murder, said the attorney who was allowed Tuesday to withdraw from representing the Grosse Pointe Park man.
And Bashara, who already faces charges on accusations he tried to hire a hit man to kill his wife's alleged murderer, will probably testify in both trials, attorney David Griem said.
