Van Buren Township — Investigators are awaiting identity confirmation of the slain bodies believed to be the wife and two young sons of Michael Vanderlinden, who died early Thursday in a head-on collision on Interstate 94 in Indiana.
When police went to Vanderlinden's home in Van Buren Township to confirm his identity later Thursday morning, they found the front door ajar and discovered three victims of an apparent homicide.
