Police say probe looks toward husband who died in car crash

Van Buren Township — A Van Buren Township woman found dead in her home earlier this week along with her two young sons died of strangulation and had a secondary stab wound to the chest, investigators said Friday.

Linda Vanderlinden was found dead on her bedroom floor, hours after her husband, Michael, died early in a head-on collision on Interstate 94 in Indiana.
