A 57-year-old Royal Oak resident is accused of robbing the same bank twice within a month's time in Washington Township.
Gary Allen Wagner is being held at the Macomb County Jail after failing to post a $250,000 cash bond.
Authorities say Wagner robbed the Best Bank inside Kroger on Van Dyke and 30 Mile on two separate occasions.
