Woodhaven — A shoplifting suspect shot and killed by police outside a Walmart has been identified as Charles David Brown Jr., 39, of Lincoln Park.
Police said Brown and a female accomplice, whose name has not been released, allegedly were trying to shoplift about $50 in food and clothing from the department store.
